I became passionate for holistic health in my late teens, when I discovered that my family history was marked by heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes. It was a wake-up call—one that made me realize that if I wanted a different outcome, I’d have to take a different path. Determined to live fully alive and free from the limitations of disease, I began diving into the world of natural healing.
Through that journey, I discovered the holistic principles of chiropractic care, and it resonated so deeply that I made it my life’s mission. I pursued chiropractic with a passion—not just to transform my own health, but to help others do the same.
During a sudden and unexpected family crisis, I began writing a book to connect with people who may have lost their way in their health. It became a bestseller and it is called A Better Way, where I share my faith-based, expertise holistic approach to wellness with the hope that it inspires readers to live with intention, vitality, and purpose.
I am blessed to be married to the love of my life and fellow chiropractor Dr. Ron Pashkewych. Together we have two young adults, Clara and Ian who are now on their own adventures. When I’m not serving in either of the two clinics, you’ll find me skiing, golfing, having friends over for brunch, or relaxing on the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast with our family dog, Ollie.
